Prof. Mary Omosa Orina
It is with a great sense of loss to announce the death of Prof. Mary B. Orina who passed away after a short illness in Brigham Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. The Late Mary was wife to Joseph Orina Momanyi of Nairobi, mother to Biko Orina and Abby Orina. Daughter in-law to the late Councilor Paul Momanyi, and Bathsheba Momanyi. Daughter to Mr. Peter Omosa Simba, Mrs. Robina Omosa and Mrs. Jane Omosa of Kisii, Sister in-law to Joyce Onyambu of MD,USA, Josephine Ndege of MN, Irene Makori of MN, Teresa Momanyi of MN, Martha Renson of MN, Kennedy Momanyi of MN, Anne Nyanganyi of Nairobi, Kenya, Japheth O. Momanyi of Nbi, Kenya, Florence Momanyi, Isabella Momanyi, , Kenya, sister to Florence Omosa Nbikenya, Susan Omosa Nbi Kenya , Irene Omosa Canada, Josephine Omosa Fl USA, Dony Omosa boston MA, Julius Omosa MD, Oliver Omosa and Morris Omosa, George Omosa, Lilian Omosa MD, Clair Omosa NJ , Gloria Omosa MD.
Mary Orina was a sister in-law to Kefa Makori of MD, USA and Jared Onyambu of MD, USA. And Kefa Nunda of New Jersey. The Momanyi and Omosa families we know that Mary’s passing will not only leave a void in your lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew her!
Orina Momanyi travelled from Kenya to Boston, USA to make funeral arrangements for the body of his late wife to be sent home, and has travelled back to Nairobi to finalize the burial arrangements.
The body is scheduled to leave Boston on Wednesday December 9th, 2009 to Nairobi,Kenya.
Mr. Orina is very grateful to the Kenyan community in the USA for their moral and financial support.
A fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday December 5th at 4.00pm to offset the funeral expenses at:
