Sex Partners Found Red Handed. They Are Relatives In Kisumu Kenya.
A top clergyman name withheld was last weekend caught in a compromising situation with a wife of an intelligence officer in a Kisumu Hotel.
The Bishop who happens to be related to the intelligence officer is said to have been dating the young woman for now almost a decade.
Family members have always prevailed upon the officer to ignore claims that the clergy relative has been dating his wife.
Apparently working on a tip off, the officer name withheld took a plane over the weekend to Kisumu and laid abrasive network with taxi drivers and hotel attendants culminating to a barbaric scenario where the two were caught in the act.
The officer according to sources who talked to this writer confided that he dangled his official identity card and a pistal to gain entry into the room where the two were having their good time.
At inception, the hotel attendants were reluctant to allow him into the room, but thanks to his nature of work and the arsenal he dangled he managed.
A scuffle ensued in the room and the officer in apparent bid to attract public sympathy raised an alarm and a hostile crowd promptly gathered.
The enraged crowd tried in vain to lynch the two but thanks to the intervention of the officer they were salvaged and taken to the police station.
The police officers at the station however later released them since in Kenya’s constitution there’s no provision to cater for such offences.
Enrout to the station, the charged crowd compelled the duo to walk naked and at one time forced them to kiss each other. The bitter and marauding crowd even chained the two as they braved the sweltering heat in a walk which lasted 15 minutes before the police intervened and bandled them in a white saloon car.
The duo were battered seriously and blood could be seen marooning their faces and chests.The officer has however been applauded by observers for restraining himself despite the provocation.
Sensible people keep quite about what they know, but stupid people advertise their ignorance. how many girlfriends does this intelligance officer have?If this intelligance officer is intelligent he will be praised,but with his stupidity people will look down on him. We are all sinners walking around naked is not allowed anywhere in the world. this is wrong- Righteusness gives life, but violence takes it away.
I agree with you Frida,there was no point humiliating them by making themk walk naked.The un-intelligent officer proved his point by catching them red-handed,if he could prevent the mob from lynching them,he sure as hell could have prevented the cheats from having their nakedness made objects for public viewing

I never understands why police keep on using weapon all for the wrong reasons. This is not a life threatening condition where a pistol was to be used. He could not use other method apart from showing off with a pistol? This guy deserves an immediate sack. If we allow this behavior to prevail, what will happen to a guy who drives a tank, in the event that his wife cheats, he will storm the hotel with a tank? A fighter pilot with his jet? the same case? Lets for heavens sake stop misusing positions to gain milestone! This guy should know better than show off what the govt has given him. Cheating is not fought by firearm and the same reason could be is making your wife get tired of you. Think man think and stop this habit. What will you do when you do not have a pistol? . I think for one to suggest against the open-naked-walk treatment meted out to these irresponsible,careless duo is illogical. I may not be supportive of physical actions like beating,but a such a walk is quite soft and very effective in controlling such a wicked social act;bedding another man’s wife,worse still and more painful ,a wife of a relative. I bet you that ‘Bishop’ must have been avoiding preaching against THE SIXTH COMMANDMENT only to trumpet and insist on avalanche and dramatic preach of THE TITHE. Let’s call a spade a spade,it is lack of control such as this that has threatened lasting peace among families to the rise of many silent deaths. Well the case of AIDS devastation cannot be over-emphasised with respect to the havoc it has caused in Western Kenya. This is the sour gift the dishonorable ‘Bishop’ has for his followers ,friends and relatives. I SUGGEST THE POLICEMAN SHOULD SUE THE ‘BISHOP’.
it is sad that this happened. we need to be sobber and mature enough to tactfully handle such senarios.. the policeman errored. what will he tell his kids.. the best was for him was to quietly separate with the wife now that he had real facts..but not to humiliate her to that extend.. who doesnt sin in this world.? I am sure based on the nature of his job(Policeman), he has numerous mpango wa kandos….Please let us not take the law into our own hands!!!!! The policemen can easily be sued for assult.. lakini forgiveness is the way to go.
clearly, this just showed the extent with which kenyans are idle. Gosh! At this rate vision 2030 is just a mirage. Let us focus on developmental issues, am sure all those boda boda people including the aggrieved officer have all strayed and eaten where they were not supposed to. This ‘bishop’ sinned. And the officer’s wife too. This should be punished. BUT the officer got it all wrong as some of his relatives are his kids (or his relatives’ kids if he doesn’t have any of his own).He should have taken more diplomatic approach to save children from this.
He also used excessive force or the wrong tools in his intervention, exposing him to prosecution. As it is now, he must not cheat himself that he has a wife. I hope that it was not his wish to maintain her.
We have to blame the two first. They knew that what they were doing was wrong and still they continued with it for 10 years. The Bishop is a false, fake a and wrong role model, he does not practice what he preaches. If he did practice what he preaches then he could have avoided the humiliation that befell him.
i don’t not condone the “mob justice” or the unwarranted immediate justice that was delivered by a “jua kali jury” against the cheating couple who caught in the wrong place at the wrong time indulging themselves for all the wrong reasons in the world.
in the meatime, there some kenyans living in europe, australia and north america, who are still calling the incident or rather vicious attacks metted out on the couple as babaric, primitive and inhuman rapage. i agree with them 100%.
however, i would to let them know that the next time some of them come to kenya for their two, three or four weeks vacation, they (cheatres if any) should keep in mind the lessons that the unfortunate couple in question learned the hard way. i am not stating that all kenyans living abroad do indulge in such affairs. however, it’s warning to the hardcore members of the cheaters club who love to entice other people’s spouses (husbands or wives) to indulge in such sexual affairs that are carried out in some of the hotels around the country.
times have changed, it doesn’t matter whether some of the cheating spouses are flown to nairobi, mombasa, malindi, lamu or out to far away places in the game reserves and beach resorts.
the fact remains that every dog has it’s day, and every thief has his/her forty days, and every cheating spouse has that one day that they will regret getting caught in the wrong place, at the wrong time, for the wrong reasons and by the wrong “jua kali jury”.
someone once said that “it goes with the territory and a player or cheater needs to know consequences of indulging in such affairs within a particular territory.” people might just have a field day watching their daytime soap opera on youtube, given that there are so many cellphones and other digital gadgets that are quick to record suct enticing dramas.

I think we are loosing site of the reality. Those who choose to take that line of behaviour can do so with thousands of those unmarried women. If married people wish to take up that line of bevaviour, may be they need to divorce their partners first.
For this Bishop to engage in that line of behaviour with a “daughter in law” is tasteless and unacceptable!
I have read with dismay some commentators who have gone as far as blaming Police and carrying gun etc. Surely, for those who are locked into blaming the Intelligent Officer have truly lost the reality. This poor man is a victim and should earn our sympathy! The Bishop and thid woman deserve to be shamed on earth and in Heven.
As for the children, I would least be worried what he is going to tell his children. Besides, those children may not after all be his. This woman and the Bishop do not deserve to be called human beings nor patronized.
We live in a society where dignity is the first order and for those who want to glorify that behaviour, let them take note of what has happened. They may be next to be paraded in the streets. I fully support the mob action taken in Kisumu. As an ex-Councilor to the City of Kisumu, I say “hail to the City and its Mob Action”.

These are the last days. If I were in the husbands shoes, I would have thought the same, but what distubs is, how the man and the woman who were cought in that act would live with people in the society, how their children will look at them. I can not say much but God forgive them. Let them all go down on to their knees before God and ask for real forgiveness. If the woman is excommunicated by the husband, let her and the man they were cought with come together and re marry, otherwise they will live with self inflicted trauma upto the time they will leave this world.

I find the act of meting such levels of torture and serious physical injury not to mention the mental and emotional fractures not only barbaric and inhuman but also very primitive. Excuse me, people beating others up, perhaps you are just as guilty, and even if you weren’t, it’s none of your business, both are adults over 18 years and can consent to whatever they want to do., moreover they did not rent any equipments from you, stop being violently primitive.
The only institutions offended here are the spouses/families of both the man and woman, one of whom was there and acted so ineptly and with total lack of intelligence Mr. intelligence officer. Besides the church where this pastor was leading, but all are human, do not get me wrong.

What was the point in doing this? The Police officer most likely is a polygamist with many other mistresses as well. This Police officer should be fired for taking the law in his own hands.

The unintelligent officer should be arrested immediately and charged in court. He should be compelled to name his hired thugs who in any case are identifiable on camera.
Am ashamed of being a Kenyan if such a law enforcement officer could stop so low. He is a threat to law and order and the commissioner of police should have him dismissed forth with.
Justice must always be our shield and defender. If he felt aggrieved by his promiscuous wife, the law provides for divorce proceedings which he could have prayed for and definitely granted with the adequate evidence. That he used a pistol to gain entry to the room is to say the least disgusting. In my humble estimation he is no better than a terrorist.
If you were an officer and learnt your wife has been at it with somebody you trusted for 10 years, I m sure you’d slop lower than that. Stop being so “holy”. There’s no justice if there are no morals by which it should lay grounds on.

You are right. Most of the others have not been caught! But I do not believe they have been engaged in this type of “sex-triangle” with close relatives as did the Bishop and this woman!!
What makes this case so ugly is that these two have “crossed the line in the sand”. They engaged in this sex triangle with close relative – Uncle/Daughter – for eleven years, irrespective of consequences!!!

From the pictures on the two victims’ ordeal,we see men carrying rungus,tyres etc. I tend to bliv these are the men who shamelessly rape our babies, daughters, mothers, sisters, pupils etc.Women we should condemn this policeman’s act even if the wife went astray. Believe me, I have lived in Europe and America for the last 35 years. Everywhere, each community is so proud of their culture – be they Italians, Jews, Indians, Japanese, Chinese etc. etc.
In the name of civilization, we Africans have the tendency to over-practive foriegn cultures at the expense of our own and totally ignore the consequences. How many of these excited ladies have taken time to seriously review the future effects of such behavious on our communities? May be, as long as it supports our reckless behavious then it is ok! I have checked with some leading professional medical authorities who have concurred that such behaviour tend to damage our children permanently! Does that bother you?

The two love birds didn’ deserve such like humilation. I want to believe that they both had kids and for their kids to see them naked walking on the street it is uncalled off. Very ashamefull of police officer’s way of solving a problem.
On the other hand i strong don’t welcome the Clergyman’s act and speacially that this act took 10 years to be discovered. We should not post bad comments but learn from this story. That God is not happy with sinners and that he says that there is no stone that will be left unturned and that all of us are sinful in the eyes of God.

Here are two people who owe others a duty of care: A bishop entrusted with helping feuding spouses sort differences and conducting weddings; and a wife who may infect her husband with AIDS.
