Sunday 09/02/12: Orange, NJ. Douglas Sarara the Kenyan youth who has worked amongst Kenyans youths On gospel music has married. He got married to his long time fiancée Tabitha Ogero both of Muungano SDA Church In Jersey City, NJ.
Pastoral Remarks were given by Pastor Lee Kimani of Angaza Shalom from Delaware. He Told the Couple that Marriage is an institution that is guided by love and it’s a school that has no graduation ceremony, never drop out of it and never miss attending it amongst things he mentioned.
He encouraged the couple to communicate because it’s the best way that enhances love within them. Also, he told them that Christian love must be chased daily through prayers because marriage is holy.
He told the couple to tame their anger, listen and communicate frequently. “Marriage is a school where God is the principle and both of you are students where the subject is love. Love your spouse”.
The wedding was delayed for about one and half hours because another church was worshipping in the same church. The wedding was well attended as the reception because Douglas Sarara was a community youth.
Other officiating Pastors include Pr. Asamoh, Pr. Moses Njuguna, and Pr. Mosioma Ombuyi .
The wedding was held at the Church Of The Oranges in Orange NJ while the reception was held at the New Clinton manor in Union, NJ.
