Any welcome and announcements should be made five minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow ceremony to flow with minimum interruption. There will be no public address system.
The program will be held under Shelter House in event of Inclement Weather.
Due to hot temperatures, the time line will flow from one segment to the other with minimal delay.
National Colors and Kansas Colors will be furnished by Kansas National Guard with Color Guard.
Color Guard Uniform will be the current uniform of the day, ACU, with Kevlar Helmet.
1st Kansas Colored Colors will be furnished by member of committee.
Two ceremonial rifles will be provided by the Museum of the Kansas National Guard and will not be fired in salute. Doug Jacobs is POC for these rifles.
