Arlington,Texas:We are saddened to Announce the death of Mama Prislla Ondieki Okwanyo. She was the beloved wife to late Johnstone Okwanyo Nyakeri. She was the loving mother of Samuel Nyakeri of Kitale; Esther Nyaboke Momanyi of Esani; Sarah Kemunto Kerama of Ekerenyo, late Zachary Arani Okwanyo of Kijauri, Naftali Masara Nairobi, Wilson Xavier Bwokwanyo of Kangundo, Mary Kerubo Nyamichaba Nairobi; Janes Okwanyo kisii and Florence Choi Arlington, Texas, USA. She was the beloved sister to Bonareri, Nyabeta Gesire and Kibanga.

She was the beloved mother in law (children side) to Esther Nyakara Kisii, Rose and Emily of Kitale; Johnson Momanyi Mokaya (Magombo), Kerama Ndubi of Kisii, Jane Moraa Masara of Nairobi, Beatrice Kemuma Mose of Kangundo, Lawrence Nyamichaba Ondari of Nairobi and Henry Nyabuto Choi Arlington, Texas, USA.

She was the beloved in law (Parent side) to late Aminga; late mokaya Atamayo of Magombo; Late Ndubi of Ekerenyo, late Elisha Miyogo of Mombasa, late Josiah Choi Ombasa of Sameta, Rose Miyogo Masese, Ogero Mose, Zedekiah and Peris Ondari; and Ann Bosibori Choi of Sameta
She was the loving Sister-in-law to late Nathaniel Nchogu, Marasi Nyakeri, Andrew Bwoma and late Nyangau Nyakeri.

She was the beloved grandmother to Fred Nyakeri Kisii, Mainye, Evans Kerama, Omoorias, Tito of Nairobi, Kenya, Dixit Xavier of Kangundo, Steve Onditi Nyamichaba of Nairobi, Kevin Okwanyo of Kisii, Maureen Masara, Douglas Nyakeri, Elizabeth Mwango, Henry Nyabuto JR and Ann Bosibori Nyabuto both of Arlington, Texas, USA. Among other 35 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was the loving aunt to Momanyi BwOnwonga former State counsel now works withUN Arusha, Tanzania,Salim Monyoncho, Retired Brigadier Lawrence Nchogu, Peterson Bwoma of Arlington, Texas, USA and Jackson Nyakeri of Eden Prairie, MN, USA among others.

She succumbed to death at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas while undergoing Medical treatment.

While in the USA as a devout Christian she was a regular congregant at the ALL NATIONS SDA CHURCH.

We kindly request for your assistance on Saturday December 8th from 7.00 P.M at the ALL NATIONS SDA CHURCH 3618 ROOSEVELT DR., to help the family transport her body to Kenya for final interment.

Body viewing: Friday December 7th at 11 :AM — 5:00 PM At Amalla Funeral Home in Fort Worth Texas.

Church service: Sunday December 9th at1:00PM–4:00PM, ALL NATIONS SDA CHURCH 3618 ROOSEVELT DR. ARLINGTON, TX.

Burial place will be Botabori sub-location, North Kitutu Location, Nyamira district (date to be announced later).
