NAIROBI (Reuters) – Kenya’s next presidential and parliamentary elections should be held in March 2013, the Court of Appeal ruled on Tuesday, upholding an earlier decision by a lower court.

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 30 – The First Secretary at the Venezuelan Embassy in Nairobi Dwight Sagaray appeared in court on Monday over the killing of ambassador Olga Fonseca, but was not required to plead to the charge.
It is with profound regret and sadness that we announce the sudden demise of Mrs Jerusha Bosibori Mecheo wife to the late Chief Richard Mecheo of Ogembo, Kisii, Kenya. The deceased was daughter of the late Erasto Turuka and the late Mrs Pilska Kerubo Turuka of Etago Village, Kenyenya.
She was mother to George Mecheo of Newark DE, Leah Mecheo of Arlington TX, Shem Mecheo of Nairobi, Loice Mecheo and Philip Mecheo of Kisii ,Kenya. Mother in law to Mr Peter Maina of Kisii , Mr Bocus Moenga of Arlington TX, Mary Omariba of Newark DE, Purity Omwange of Nairobi and many others.

The late Jerusha Mecheo passed on at Hema Hospital Kisii, Kenya at the age of 60.
